We recently shipped several orders for Tea-Towels using a standard 2nd class Royal Mail delivery service.  This, in hindsight was a poor decision as it turns out 2nd class is a relatively unreliable service with little to no support or backup if things go missing.  We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.  Future orders will only be sent using a tracked 48hr service.  If you are yet to receive your tea-towel within 10 days of their shipping date (5/2/25) please email us directly and we will seek to gain compensation for the lost items via royal mail.
